TASTE OUR PRODUCTS

Our young Azienda Agricola Fattoria le Caprine was born in 2016 but it is among the university classrooms in Milan that we have decided to become dairy goat farmers and goat cheese producers.

Thanks to our studies in animal husbandry we have understood the importance of a different approach to farming in order to produce high quality cheeses .

What we would like to convey, through the

guided tours of our farm, surrounded by

hills of Tuscany, is the passion for ours

work, research and constant study of art

dairy and, above all, the importance of well - being

animal as a starting point for a product of

quality that expresses the characteristics of the territory.

For this reason our tastings are

organized as a linear path, lasting

about 2 hours, which follows the production cycle,

because it is starting from the stable that you get to

better appreciate our cheeses and products

of our work and of this splendid land.
