Spontaneo 2021 is our red wine that come from the vine yard planted 50 years ago. Displays a vibrant ruby red hue with hints of purple. Its bouquet is intricate, featuring prominent aromas of cranberry and black cherry. As it evolves, subtle notes of coffee bean, cocoa powder, tea, and tobacco emerge. The palate offers complexity, persistence, and harmony, with soft and silky tannins. The finish is remarkably prolonged. Best served at 16°/18°, it pairs excellently with red meats and game.

The  Sangiovese 2023 displays a rich, deep red hue. Its aroma is filled with hints of red and pink fruits. The palate offers a smooth and velvety experience. Its exceptional acidity contributes to its overall balance and satisfaction. Recommended serving temperature is 16°.

The  Rosé 2023 displays a rich cherry red hue. Aromas of rose and raspberry greet the senses, while the palate offers a delicate yet assertive experience. Its remarkable acidity contributes to a gratifying and balanced wine. Raspberry flavors take the lead, accompanied by intriguing floral notes and a subtle hint of citrus in the finish. Best served at 12°.

The Macerato 2020 displays a deep amber hue, attributed to the tannin extracted during a 5-month maceretion in jar under the skins, making it a robust and vibrant wine. It boasts a sophisticated aroma profile of chestnut honey and ripe fruits, complemented by a balanced acidity that lends persistence on the palate and enhances its substantial structure. Best served between 16°/18°, it pairs exquisitely with semi-mature cheeses, risotto, and white meats.

The  Bianco 2023 displays a vibrant straw yellow hue. Its fruity aroma and exceptional acidity contribute to a gratifying and balanced wine. White fruit notes take precedence, complemented by intriguing floral hints and a subtle citrus finish. Best served at 10°C, it pairs excellently with fish and white meats.

# 2021 is a macerato wine with  the combination of trhee elements  of 1 JAR (terracotta) with a 5-month of maceretion under the skin, 2 WOOD (acia barril) with a 7-month aging and 3 TIME.

The great extraction of tannin in jar give is amber color and makes it long-lived and healthy . The aging in acacia wood gives elegance. 

It has a complex bouquet on the nose with floral hints that then harmonize in the mouth and leave room for a velvety and decisive tannin. An elegant and pleasant wine. The good acidity makes it persistent in the mouth and helps to harmonize the great structure it has. Serving temperature of 16°/18°, excellent  with semi-mature cheeses, risotto, and white meats.
